Design your own yearbook, using our online designer to create a professional, high-quality A4 yearbook in no time at all.

Our free design software comes with a variety of scrapbook items, backgrounds, and templates to choose from. You can also upload your own photographs into your book, making a truly personal book for your leavers or celebrating any school event such as a school trip or school play.

 

A standard book of 28 pages starts at just £7.00 per book and you can easily add extra pages as you wish. There are no deposits to pay and we will arrange delivery of your books for a date to suit your school.

Quick Project Facts

  • A standard 28 page book is £7.00. Add additional double pages for only 24p

  • Delivery is free when ordering more than one yearbook, being delivered to one address in the UK

  • Your books will be printed and dispatched two weeks after placing your order. We use a secure courier service to ensure your books get delivered safely and on time.

  • Our designer is free to use, click Demo to have a play 

  • Payment is made online when you place your order and there are not deposits or other costs.

  • If you would like to use a Yearbook you created last year, you can do so, all you need is the same login details and the book will be there for you to duplicate and edit

Step 1

Once you have had a look at the demo of our online designer and would like to take part in the project, click the book now button above.

We will then contact you to arrange dates which are suitable to your school.

Step 2

Click the start a new yearbook button on this page and create your account on our designer.

Don't want to start with a blank book? we also have multiple templates you can choose from here to get you started.

Step 4

Remember to check your Yearbook before ordering or order a sample copy. When you're happy with your book, simply proceed to the basket and payment portal.

Your Yearbook will be printed according to the dates you've booked in.

Yearbooks are usually sent directly to the school unless stated otherwise. Postage is included in the price. 

Step 3

Get started on designing your yearbook. Our online software makes it easy for you to design your yearbook wherever you're connected to the internet. Once logged into your account you can upload photographs and simply drop them into place on the pages.

Our Prices

There are no hidden charges. Prices start from £7.00 for a 32-page full-colour A4 Yearbook. Each additional set of 2 pages is 24p up to a maximum of 200 pages.

Please be aware that a 32-page book equals 28 inside pages. The front and back cover equal 4 pages and the 2 inside cover pages are non-editable.

Our prices are competitive with the Primary School Yearbooks on the market. Please note, delivery is for the UK and Channel Islands, for orders outside of this please get in touch.

  • Do I have to be part of a School to take part in a project?
    No, you don't need to be part of a school to take part. Although we do ask for a minimum of 10 participants or 10 artworks to be submitted for each project.
  • Do the projects cost the School any money to complete?
    No! Parents pay for their items online, and then we send the School payment via bacs or a fundraising cheque before the end of the term. This way, the School does not need to handle any cash or cheques from parents.
  • Can I turn a project or product into a fundraising initiative?
    Yes! Once you have decided on what project or product you would like to work with, we can then turn it into a fundraising initiative. We can provide you with the recommended costs and promotional packs to help boost funds.
  • Can I do multiple projects at the same time?
    Yes, of course. You can do as many projects as you would like. All we ask is that you book in your production dates, to ensure you get the finished products delivered to you at a time that suits you.

    We retain any data necessary for us to produce an order. This includes scanned images provided by an organisation as part of the project process. The scanned images may include personal information such as photographs and names. All data we receive is processed using Secure Socket Layer data encryption and is stored on secure password and firewall protected servers. Access to personal data is limited, monitored and logged. The data retention period varies according to the requirements of each specific project. Please see the privacy policy for further details. We are GDPR compliant and ICO registered.
  • How do we help stay environmentally friendly?
    The materials used for production are sourced from well-managed forests. Our Invercote stock, which is used for printing our Christmas cards is FSC stock approved. All of our used waste card and paper is turned into pulp, with any sensitive material sent for secure pulp disposal. As a company, we strive to be sensitive to the environment, and have policies in place for energy-saving efficiency. This is a long term commitment, and will be reviewed on a regular basis.
