Please read the following FAQ's for more information on the Christmas Project.
Simply visit apfsorders.co.uk, enter the unique artwork code on the back of your child’s artwork, and follow the steps to place your order!
How do parents place orders?
The QR code on the back of the artwork is for internal use. Parents just need the 8-character artwork code to place their orders via apfsorders.co.uk.
What if the QR code doesn’t scan?
All orders will be dispatched to the school around the estimated dispatch date arranged with the organiser—just in time for the festive season! 🎄 Please note that cards and wrap will arrive first, followed by mugs and bags a few days later. 🎁
When will I receive my order?
Don’t worry! You can still place an order after the deadline, but it will be shipped directly to your home but will incur postage costs. 🚚
What if I miss the order deadline?
You can order Christmas cards, wrapping paper, gift tags, mugs, and more—all featuring your child’s artwork!
What items can I order?
Unfortunately, we do not yet have the facilities to preview artworks. We will be doing our best to achieve this for next year's project.
Can I see a preview of my child's artwork?
